When will Women’s Health start to be taken seriously? Especially gynaecology and hormone health. It's been a long time coming and now more than ever a light needs to shine upon women’s health.
We aim to help women thrive through menopause, train through their cycle and much more.

We provide support through building a community of like minded people, deep relaxation sessions guided by our Psychotherapist Nicola, along with weekly exercise group sessions and well-being walks ran by our fitness coach Tegan. 

Alongside this you will have access to a facebook group were we will provide you with educational PDF's on menopause, nutrition, neuroscience and much more.
